Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. By creating an account on AlphaEdge Traders Group ("we", "us", "our", "platform") or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to them. If you do not agree, please do not register or pay.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You are responsible for following all financial and tax laws that apply to you.
• Only one account is allowed per person. Multiple or fake accounts may be suspended.

• All courses, live sessions, indicators, chart examples and market views are for education and information only.
• AlphaEdge Traders Group is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Nothing on this platform is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, cryptocurrency, currency pair or other asset.
• Crypto assets are unregulated in India and can be highly risky. Forex trading by Indian residents is allowed only in permitted INR pairs on recognised Indian exchanges, as per FEMA and RBI rules. Please check the law before you trade.
• Trading involves a risk of losing capital. Past performance, testimonials and demo results do not guarantee future results. Take your own decisions or consult a SEBI-registered adviser.

• The AlphaEdge Pro Package (₹24,999, 1 year access) includes course content, live educational sessions and indicator access.
• Payments are accepted only through UPI or other methods shown on the platform. Please check payment details carefully; money sent to a wrong UPI ID or account cannot be recovered by us.
• Access is activated after payment verification by our team, usually within 24 hours.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST will be charged as required under the GST law.

The ₹24,999 AlphaEdge Pro Package is a digital education service. Live sessions begin from 5:30 AM IST and indicator access is delivered immediately after activation. Therefore, no refund or cancellation is available once your ID has been activated. This policy is shown clearly before payment, and by paying you agree to it. If your payment fails, is charged twice, or access is not activated, please contact us — such cases will be checked and settled.

• Rewards are paid only on verified sales of the AlphaEdge Pro Package. Registration, joining or introducing people alone does not earn any reward, and no joining fee is charged for the program.
• No income, profit or return is guaranteed. Rewards depend on real product sales and are subject to verification, caps and the Performance Rewards Plan.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, fake payments or any misuse will lead to cancellation of rewards and possible suspension.
• Withdrawals need the minimum balance and completed KYC. A Withdrawal Processing Fee applies as shown before confirmation. Tax deduction (TDS), where required by the Income Tax Act, 1961, is handled separately.

• All course videos, notes, indicators and designs are owned by AlphaEdge Traders Group and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. Sharing, recording, reselling or redistributing them is not allowed.
• Hacking attempts, spamming or misuse of the platform will lead to a permanent ban and may be reported under the IT Act, 2000.
• Abusive behaviour in our Telegram or community channels will not be tolerated.

Do not share your password or login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report any suspicious activity to us immediately.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where possible, we will tell you the reason. Rewards linked to fraud or misuse may be held or cancelled after review.

AlphaEdge is not responsible for any trading losses, or for outages of third parties such as exchanges, networks or payment providers. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fee you paid to us.

We process your personal data (name, email, phone, KYC and payment details) only for account operations, KYC, payments and communication, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data through the Contact page, subject to legal record-keeping needs.

As per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise any complaint through our Contact page. We will acknowledge it within 48 hours and try to resolve it within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be settled through discussion, and otherwise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is published on this page.
