By creating an account on AlphaEdge Traders Group ("we", "us", "our", "platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of these rules, terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not register.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are solely responsible for complying with the financial and tax laws of your country.
• Only one account is permitted per person. Multiple or fake accounts will result in action being taken.

Our course and signals are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment or tax advice. Trading and investing carry a risk of capital loss — please conduct your own research and risk assessment.

• All Pro Package purchases are accepted only via UPI or other approved methods.
• Funds sent to an incorrect network or address cannot be recovered.
• Purchases are activated only after admin verification (usually within 24 hours).
• GST at 18% will be applied to invoices where required. The live INR conversion rate is shown for reference.

Given the digital nature of the course and signals, no refunds will be issued once access has been activated. In exceptional cases, the admin's decision shall be final.

• Referral commissions are calculated only on valid, approved deposits.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts or any form of manipulation will result in commission cancellation and possible account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests are processed only after meeting the minimum threshold and KYC verification.

• Sharing, reselling or redistributing course material, signals or any premium content is strictly prohibited.
• Misuse of the platform, hacking attempts or spamming will result in a permanent account ban.
• Abusive behaviour in our Telegram or community channels will not be tolerated.

Do not share your password or login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Report any suspicious activity to the admin immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for any violation of these terms, and any pending balance may be held or forfeited.

AlphaEdge is not liable for trading losses, missed signals or third-party outages (exchange, network, payment provider). Our maximum liability is limited to the last fee paid by you.

Your data is used only for account operations, KYC and communication. We do not sell your data to any third party.

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective as soon as it is published on this page. Please check back regularly.
